It seems to be the most reliable way to farm it, but at the same time, the ultimate payouts tend to be 40-50 per run with no boosters.

There is no other way unfortunately. My best advice would be to mine in the orb vallis once a day for like an hour. Then you don't have to worry about running bounties over and over.
